DEFINITION OF SPIRITUALITY by Benson Agoha
My definition of Spirituality as presented to the SPIRITUAL WORLD:
"Complete immaterial and abstract reality, a thorough mastery of the 'algorithm' of which can enable the master successfully cause a controled alteration to the material reality. It is like a software to a computer. You know that it is there, and that through it you can make changes that produce visible results through the hardware, but you need the algorithm".
The question then is, can you write one?
Most people think they are spiritualists when they are in fact only spiritual quacks. They cannot write and, most importantly, control a spiritual algorithm. But, they still go ahead to unleash devastating and terminal changes to the material reality.
So, support my Spiritual Rights Campaign to stop spiritual terrorism NOW!

PLEASE, SUPPORT MY CAMPAIGN AND SIGN MY PETITION AGAINST NEGATIVE USE OF SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE

* Please support my cause and sign my Petition by following direction below.
At last the Spiritual Rights Campaign takes shape with the launching of our Global Petition to persuade the United Nations to recognise Human Spiritual Rights as important, and worthy of inclusion into the over all Human Rights Convention.
Show your support for a worthy cause.
By completing our poll survey on LinkedIn or visiting our GOPETITION site to sign our Petition, you will be helping in no small way to make the world a better place.
People are being killed everyday through reckless deployment of spiritual arsenals by people who see it as a veritable means of perpetrating evil and going free.
Some use it to force people against their wills, by controlling them into doing things they would otherwise, never have done. Some people complain of being used and dumped by people who mind-control them, used them and then abandon them.
One woman wrote me to insist that `mind-control' is a form of spiritual terrorism - and many people are being controlled in this way all the time.
The people behind this evil are human beings. People who eat and drink, marry and even mingle with us at the pubs or in the market place, in shops and super markets - even in our offices. Yet, they are behind acts of destruction that are not yet legally controllable or enforsable.
Police will readily agree that these things happen, but will not entertain complaints because, they are not backed by law.
The idea behind this petition is that, if only we can persuade the authorities to recognise and take steps to outline legal frameworks that can help identify and convict perpetrators, a great many will be deterred, thereby saving more lives and suffering.
But we have to do this collectively. You and me - and all those who have either experienced or hate to see the evil of injustice and unfair manipulation done by these bad people through mind control, termination of lives of loved ones, set backs in life or business.
All of these and more, are caused by these evil and wicked people - better reffered to as spiritual terrorists. They cause as much hurt and devastation, as their conventional spiritual terrorist counterparts.
This online Peitition can help do this. So I invite you to support me by signing it.
Collectively, let us co-create this new reality that can bequette a better life, free from spiritual assault and degradation, to world that desparately needs internal and communal peace - and to posterity.
Thank you so much for your help.
Benson Agoha, Founder, Coalition Against Spiritual Terrorism [CAST].

"SPIRITUAL RIGHTS" - THE MISSING RIGHTS?
The continuing neglect of Human Spiritual Rights by the United Nations, in their `Universal Declaration of Human Rights', and governments, gives me a cause for concern. Not only do I think it is about time this was reversed but, I also believe that Spiritual Rights deserves recognition and protection, because without it, human beings can never really be free.
For this reason, I believe that a `Spiritual' element needs be incorporaed into any acceptable definition of `Freedom', because no one is really free unless he is spiritually free.
* United Nations General Assembly Hall
The Missing Rights of ManSpiritual Rights is a `natural right', accruable to everyone because human beings are both physical and spiritual - and this right should be protected and guaranteed as well. Unaguably therefore, of all the rights of man that has been recognized and protected, this natural right, is still conpicously missing from the list. So, I sat down in front of my PC, pecked in `spiritual rights' on google but the closest I got to what I was hoping for was inside the blog by the `Jamilian University Of The Ordained'. It wrote that `The Universal Proclamation of Human Spiritual Rights HSR, contains the tenets of the Advocates for Religious Rights and Freedoms of the International Community of Christ'. It clarified that `it is a statement of the spiritual rights held to be the God-granted rights of the human family and, was originally adopted in 1962'. Since this conclusion by this group has not stired up controversy, my objective is not to centre this piece in disprooving their conclusions. Nevertheless, as a Spiritual Rights Campaigner, I am aware that the subject of human spiritual rights should transend faiths and religious divides. The reason is that by nature, human beings are both spiritual and physical, and this reality is not altered by race, geography, biology or religious inclination. There is, therefore no doubt, that spiritual abuse happens in all cultures and environments around us, and more, it is not restricted to any one religion. Spiritual abuse, spiritual torture and spiritual terrorism are all actions of man, defined as an `evil of manipulating, and intentionally deploying spiritual and elemental forces, against human and material targets, for negative outcomes'. Spiritual abuse, of the extreme form, is also otherwise, called `Spiritual Terrorism'. Why I find the proclaimation of the Jamilian University of the Ordained disagreeable, is that I believe that spiritual rights should be the privilege of every human being - just like civil rights, economic rights, social rights, cultural rights and all other rights we have had to claim and assert. Government should do their bit to recognise, guarantee and protect human spiritual rights. Then, human beings can really be free. Thank you for visiting and please do return! UNMASKED welcomes your view! Support my Spiritual Rights Campaign, NOW!!!

BACKWARDS WALKING: PHYSICAL AND MYSTICAL EFFECTS
Introduction:
In my post, “The Importance of Dreams”, I wrote that sometimes, it may be necessary for one to go backwards, after discovering that one has missed the way. I gave an example with manual `tracing and retracing of images’, without the magic tool, which is, sometimes, done by graphic designers. But all things being equall, you must be `in control’ of the direction and activities, to be able to make that decision. Furthermore, walking backwards is neither always, a physical activity, nor often proves to be, within general human control.
But the purpose of this article is not to `play’ mind games or to brain train anyone. There is no attempt to indulge in a retro exercise of any kind. Nothing like retro walking or whatever. I am simply in an honest quest for ways that people like me, can move their lives forward, especially, after experiencing years of spiritual plundering and devastation by the evil handiworks of manipulative spiritualists, Mystics and cultic people.
As I have attempted to explain before, the universe is `you and me and everything and everyone that is in it’. But as in George Orwell’s Animal Farm, `you and me’ may be too unequal personalities, so that the more `influential’ between us dictates the order and direction of the universe.
The Big Questions really is “why would anyone want to walk backwards, when the road ahead is seemingly or obviously clear?” I asked the Library officer the same question. It was an `intriguing’ question, he told me. Especially because, all they have and, talk of within the library, is `about walking forward’. Obviously this, by any shred of imagination, should be relatively easy, or so it seems. After all, that is what everybody does every time, especially when you embrace that much hyped “forward ever, backward never” slogan, used by some fraternities.
BACKWARDS WALKING:PHYSICAL EFFECTS:
“Walking backwards can be defined as a retro physical activity of taking backward steps while keeping your legs, eyes and face forwards - 180 degrees on the opposite direction”. Retro exercises and runnings are used for games or training programmes for the mind and brain. Experts say that backwards walking exerts more energy on the muscles and makes it beneficial for the treatment of sportsmen and control of weight. However, for exactly the same reason, extreme caution is usually advised for participants trying to engage on backwards walking.
Managing Physical Backwards Walking
Physically speaking, backwards walking must be handled by experienced personnel, as a training programme for patients. Experts say that this may be good for your brain because `it fits the criteria of neurobic activity’. According to brain health and fitness experts, `neurobic activities can even cause new neural connections to grow in your brain, which is a good thing’. But `dos and don’ts’ must be strictly followed to avoid hazards inherent in this form of exercise. The benefits of backwards walking have encouraged sporting bodies to include it in sprints and marathons and this is love for the exercise cuts across national boundaries.
In “Backwards Walking for Rehabilitation of Lower Extremities” (http://www.bodyresults.com/e2backwardswalking.asp), Courtenay Schurman writes that backward walking can be used by sports men and women to:
Control weight by burning off more calories than traditional jobbing
Increase balance and hearing
Increase peripheral vision
Helps faster recovery from knee or ankle injuries and surgeries
Helps recovery from pains where ibuprofen and ice/heat treatments have failed
In the majority of cases, the main drawback is lack of hindsight which makes it impossible to avoid collision. For this reason also, retro exercises are carried out on flat tracks or plain fields or surfaces to ensure the avoidance of hazards. Appropriate `Caution Notices’ must be issued and new-comers are closely monitored.
* Physical Backwards Walking (Courtesy: PhysicalBenefits of Backward Running and Walking by Junji Takano - (http://www.pyroenergen.com/articles/backward-running.htm))
Backwards walking can also be, and is often, undertaken for fun these days by sportsmen and children. In all of this, however, the individual is urged to maintain control by being careful.
*Physical Backwards Walking (Courtesy: Physical Benefits of Backward Running and Walking by Junji Takano - (http://www.pyroenergen.com/articles/backward-running.htm))
But backwards walking is not always an inherently physical activity, nor usually within general human control.
BACKWARDS WALKING - MYSTICAL EFFECTS:
`Walking backwards’ is not limited to physical exercises alone. Spiritualists and Authority Figures sometimes command retrogrades for purely selfish reasons, which forces the lives and experiences of their targets into reverse motion.
In this instance, “Walking Backwards is a spiritual or mystical action of, annoyingly replaying your `lived' life so that you experience, in your normal daily routines, the same people, events and activities you have already passed before, all over again, as if you have unfinished business to sort out. It is the time that an individual experiences first, stagnation and then, a reversal of or replay of experience”. Unlike its physical counterpart, the mystical dimension of walking backwards is usually outside the control of the individual. In this case, you can say, after observation, that your life is moving backwards, even though you sleep and wake up like everybody else.
Most times, the individual realises that he has had a `replay of previous experience’ only after it has occurred, even if he made the decisions that led to its occurrence, he must have been impulsively led by extraneous forces and, would find himself asking, `why did I do this?’ No matter, you will still find yourself counting your days in `forward order’, sleeping and waking up into the `next day’ as dated in lunar calendars.
Like everyone else also, each new day you walk into `today’, becomes your `previous day’, the next Morning.
Mystically speaking, walking backwards is not about dream-walking, not about sleep-walking. Backward Walking is about witnessing your life in reverse motion. Re-experiencing physically, events, issues and people you thought you had conveniently left behind. Physically speaking, mystical backward walking occurs when:
Yourlife switches into reverse motion and apparently throws up issues you thought you had thrashed and passed over, whether settled or not.
You begin to manifestly, repeat or redo things you thought you would never have to wish for.
You desire to meet and now interact with people you, actually no longer, wished to meet again. Or would rather move away from or, whom, from available evidence, the universe no longer allows or permits such interaction.
Your daily activities seem like a replay from your past and since the universe is `you and me and all that there is in it’,
you find that the universe is opposed to any form of contact or mingling with a particular individual or group by creating frictions, upheavals and objections to every move you make in that direction.
Managing Mystical Backwards Walking
Although it is the mystical effect of backwards walking that pulls life into reverse, its management is through a physical and conscious effort. Speaking in Mystical terms, backwards walking appears to be outside of general human control simply because not everyone that can command retrogrades. This is often done only by Authority figures with huge mystical capabilities. Although this is sadly true, the product of backwards walking can, certainly, be managed. Here is how. The moment you realise that your life appears to have switched into a reverse motion:
Turn on your alert mode
Do a self-analysis to identify what stage you are now and where the next stage is headed (that is find out what experience you have just had and compare it with a previous occurrence. Did you like it then?
Decide whether to allow the next stage to play out or not – like artificial destiny, you certainly can deviate from it.
Move into the next stage with that level of awareness and determination.
Continue your alert mode till your universe switches into forward motion again, in order words till you notice that you are forwards walking again.
Has this ever happened to you? What did it feel like and when did you realise that your `life appears to be in reverse motion?’ Please feel free to write in and tell me your own experience.
Thank you for visiting and please do return!

THE IMPORTANCE OF DREAMS - by Benson Agoha
"To accomplish great things, we must dream as well as act" - Anatole France the French novelist (1844–1924)
“Dreams can become a reality when we possess a vision that is characterized by the willingness to work hard, a desire for excellence and a belief in our right and our responsibility to be equal members of society.” - Janet Jackson
Meaning of Dreams:
Dreams are visualisations or imaginings inside of the human brain, of things, or ideas, or a situation, which we think, is or will turn out to be, as expected. Dreams are also called visions of things as we think they should be or would like them to be. Sometimes, during our sleep, these imagings begin to form as pictures that we see and wake up with, or which we take back to reality. Dreams maybe clear or blurred.
The Importance of Dreams:
Dreams help us achieve our goals because it is, often, the first layout of our plans. When we visualise who, what, how, when and where we are headed, we are encouraged to put them down on paper for subsequent consultation.
Whenever you find yourself in a labyrinth in life, go backwards and remember your original dream. Are you still following through to your original plan? If not, where have you deviated? Be prepared to, if necessary, retrace your steps and start all over again. As a graphic designer, I sometimes have to do this. Sometimes while tracing an image, I find that I have deviated from the correct edge. The solution is either to start all over again or go backwards and retrace from the point of deviation.
Reality:
We cannot talk about dreams without reality. Reality is what becomes of our dreams after we wake up. Sometimes, dreams are so clear that we wish it was real only to wake up and realise, it was all a dream. Did it seem too good to be true? It probably is. At other times, dreams are not clear at all. But no matter, turning a dream into reality depends on our own actions. Ones we wake up from our dream, what we do in our conscious state determine our post dream reality.
Gap between Dreams and Reality:
If dreamers can become models, what is the gap between dreams and reality? How distant is your dream from your success point? Dreams and reality maybe extremes apart, but what is the distance between the two? This is where continuous self-evaluation comes in handy
Many years ago, I asked my friend Ken Ambrose Korie, to tell me just how far he thought our dreams were from realisation. Of course, the distance is relative and usually varies. But once we succeed, our success often, quickly reduces our perceived distance, by finally cushioning the effects of our suffering during our building period. In some cases, it creates an optical illusion for observers. Don’t be surprised if varying stories about how you achieved success emerge at this point.
Dreams and Expectations:
While dreams and expectations go hand in hand, they are not the same. Expectations are also known as hopes, potential or outlook, but dreams come before expectations. Expectations come during the interval after our dreams. When we are almost certain that our dreams will become a reality, we have a `great expectation’. What was your last great expectation? Sometimes, however, there has to be an `action’ after our dream before our expectation can be great. In this case, the quality of our post dream action determines our `great expectation’.
Dreams and Models: Models are figures for emulation. Sometimes they are examples of dream successes. They are icons. Models can be individuals. They can also be representation of our expectation.
Like expectations, models come in the interval between, dream and reality. It is the `mini version’ of our great expectation. Models are present all around us. In civil engineering, models are often constructed, to show the public what to expect. In automobile engineering, they are mini versions of vehicles in production or work in progress. They are also used for presentations or demonstrations, where computer simulations are not available. Models are also used in genetic engineering to show what is expected after due procedures have been followed in an attempt to alter the nature of an object. Models are sometimes called `prototypes’.
Anyone can actually be a model. In other words, when an individual has succeeded in translating their dreams into realities, they become models and lovable icons. Theirs become typical of examples worthy of emulation.
Types of Dreams:
There are different types of dreams. As pointed out above, dreams maybe ideas generated in our ruminations. But dreams can also represent pictures we see in our sleep. Below are some types of dreams as we know and experience them.
Corporate Dreams: Or as sometimes called company’s community dreams, represents an organisation’s visualisations of its aims and directions. It is around corporate dreams that corporate policy is formed to guide the organisational members towards the attainment of the company’s goals.
Daydreams: These are pictures we see in our sleep while taking our midday rest or, as also called, siesta. For some people, daydreams are just entertainment to the brain during their sleep. These dreams are soon forgotten. But for others, daydreams can be a vision, an advance premonition or revelation of a future occurrence.
Hallucinations:
When we attach too much expectation into our dreams, we stand in danger of a hallucination. Hallucinations are sometimes just a mirage, phantasies or delusions. They never become real, no matter how intense our expectation. And even if we take steps, physical action, to make it real, they don’t become what we expect. Hallucination maybe a symptom of stress.
Nightmares:
Nightmares are horrifying pictures seen in our sleep. Nightmares do not necessarily occur at night but also can occur during the day
Sharing Your Dreams:
Share your dreams, if you must, but don’t expect everyone to like it. In this regard, it is expedient to decide who is the right person to share your dreams with. Sharing your dreams with everyone is not wise. Some people are, simply, dream killers, while others are dream supporters. Develop a sense of self-worth and please do filter your contacts and friends, ensuring that you separate the `men from the boys’. This takes a strong determination and self-will, to do. Filtering your contacts means leaving out sentiments and doing what benefits you with whomever you stand best to benefit from. Yes, in this regard, I suggest, it is ok to be a little selfish.
I was, and still am, dare I hope, a dreamer and, an achiever. That was until I came in contact with, and actually shared my dreams, with my former Pastor. It was the worst mistake I ever made in my life. It was also the worst mistake most other members ever made in their lives too. In this sense, I didn’t feel alone but, being one who often likes to stand out; I would, rather, not have blended with this kind of group.
If you are like me, who slowly but surely lays his bricks, sharing your dreams with or aligning yourself with people whose mentality is different, like the `get rich quick’ groups, will be counterproductive.
Until I met this pastor, whom I later found out, enjoys `zooming out and right back into earth at will, much like Clark Kent of Smallville*, I had always been a go-getter who always shared his dreams and then relished as the listener watched me achieve them. I remember my friend Silas Odiketa once telling me I was a marvel to him. I asked him `how?’ and he said because I always talked about my dreams and then, against all odds, still go ahead and achieve them. He said he couldn’t talk about his because of fear that he would fail. How wise of him. But not everyone is the same, for had I not come across this Pastor, I would have been unstoppable. I was not rising with speed of light, but I was surely following an earlier advice by a mentor to, `if necessary, slowly but incrementally add to whatever I had already’, and move ahead.
Failing And Rising Again:
Sometimes, results deviate from our expectations and even from our dreams. When this happens, we must re-evaluate to determine whether we actually met and surpassed our expectation or not. If the answer is yes, we have a fantastic result. On the other hand, if the answer is that we did not meet our expectation, we say our dreams have failed.
But it is not so much about our dreams failing, as it is about us rising again. As Yaphathainment International say in their `Graceland’ project says, “when the chips are down, it is time to look up”. So when we discover that our dreams have failed, we must re-evaluate and go back to the drawing board. In this regard, quitting is not an option
Keep Walking:
So be resilient and keep at it and hang in there. And as `Johnny Walker’ would say: “Keep Walking!”
• Smallville (TV Series (2001 - 2011): is a movie about a cult group with extra-ordinary superhuman capabilities, often aired by E4.
